Terms & Conditions

  • Invoices shall be raised at each milestone, as defined in the Project Plan.
  • If on-site resource deployment is required for study, delivery, or any other purpose, the cost will be borne by the Client. GN Web Technologies will provide a separate scope of work as needed.
  • This proposal becomes valid only upon receiving a signed copy from the Client.
  • Project development will follow the deliverables outlined in this proposal. Any additional features, modules, significant workflow changes, or elements beyond the defined scope will require a new ETA and a separate quote from GN Web Technologies.
  • The Client will provide all necessary content, images, text, videos, third-party integrations, services, APIs, and plugins. Any associated costs will be the Client’s responsibility.
  • GN Web Technologies is not responsible for writing or publishing content for the project.
  • Project delays caused by the Client’s failure to provide essential information (such as API details, third-party plugins, payment gateways, and shipping gateways) in a timely manner will not be GN Web Technologies’s responsibility.
  • GN Web Technologies will provide one design concept for design work, with up to 2-3 revisions based on the Client’s feedback. Additional revisions will be billable.
  • GN Web Technologies is not responsible for delays caused by malfunctions in third-party software integrated into the project.
  • General features not explicitly described will follow industry standards and may utilize open-source scripts when available.
  • The Client is responsible for purchasing the domain registration and hosting server required for the final product and must provide access to GN Web Technologies.
  • Neither party shall hire, contact, or engage with the employees, resources, or former employees of the other party—directly or indirectly—during the term of this contract and for five years thereafter, without written permission from the directors.
  • The Client must ensure that the provided hosting server meets the requirements specified by GN Web Technologies.

Payment Structure

  • Payments are milestone-based. Payment is requested only after the Client confirms the completion of a milestone.
  • Invoices are issued, and payments are due only upon Client approval of the completed milestone.

Non-Refundable Policy

  • Once a milestone is confirmed and payment is made, it is non-refundable.
  • Payments cover only completed milestones, and refunds are not provided once payment has been processed.

Client Responsibility

  • Clients must thoroughly review and approve each milestone before making a payment.
  • By confirming a milestone and making a payment, the Client acknowledges satisfaction with the delivered service and waives any rights to refunds.
