All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to GN Web Technologies.
Projects canceled before the commencement of work may be eligible for a partial refund, depending on the resources allocated.
Once work has commenced, any cancellation will result in billing for the work completed up to the cancellation date.
No refunds will be issued for completed and delivered milestones.
Any deposits or advance payments made are non-refundable.
If GN Web Technologies is unable to complete the project due to unforeseen circumstances, a pro-rated refund may be considered based on the work completed.
Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 15 business days from the cancellation confirmation.
